The critical first step in the design process, CONCEPTUAL DESIGN sets the tone of a project. Client conversations and internal research result in the adjectives, story, and imagery that will drive the look and feel of the project moving forward. Floor plans, finishes, materials, and furniture are all explored during this phase.
Schematic Design
Schematic Design
SCHEMATIC DESIGN brings the concept to life in physical form. At this stage, we produce detailed floor plans, interior elevations, spatial renderings, furniture, lighting, and finish options, as well as initial thoughts on art features and custom work.
Design Development
Design Development
After the major schematic decisions have been made, we delve into DESIGN DEVELOPMENT to finalize the details of the space, including material, proportions, furniture selections, and necessary trade and consultant work.
Detail Engineering Design
Detail Engineering Design
To prepare for the build of a project, we produce CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION for use by the contractor and/or construction company. Furniture drawings and material selections are also provided.
